How To Cancel Your Transfer Booking

To cancel your booking, please send an email to our Customer Service team up to the specified time before your transfer date.

Our updated cancellation policy is as follows:

• Shared transfers: Free cancellation up to 3 days before the transfer date. A 100% cancellation fee applies afterward.
• Private transfers:
  • Weekdays (Monday to Friday): Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the transfer date. A 100% cancellation fee applies afterward.
  • Saturday: Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the transfer date. A 100% cancellation fee applies afterward.
  • Sunday: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the transfer date. A 100% cancellation fee applies afterward.
• Buses: Free cancellation up to 7 days before the transfer date. A 100% cancellation fee applies afterward.
• VIP: Free cancellation up to 7 days before the transfer date. A 100% cancellation fee applies afterward.

The Supplier may charge the cancellation or amendment charges shown in their booking conditions. These charges may start from a percentage of the transfer cost and increase as the departure date approaches.

At Alps2Alps, you can make payments in both EUR and GBP. With our same currency refund guarantee, you can feel secure knowing that you are financially protected, regardless of currency fluctuations.

Amendments

How to Amend Your Transfer Booking

If you need to change your booking, amendments can be made via email to our Customer Service team up to 3 days prior to the date of your booked transfer.

However, please be aware that we can only answer emails within our UK office hours.

While we do our best to accommodate all requested changes, we cannot guarantee that every request will be met.

We do not charge an administration fee for amending your booking. However, you will be required to pay any differences in price for your new booking or service.
