What to expect on an Alps2Alps ski transfer bus

Booking

Use our simple online booking form to choose your vehicle and transfer type, pick a date and time and get an instant quote for your transfer.

Pick-up

Your driver will be waiting for you in arrivals. With private transfers, we leave as soon you and your group have collected your luggage and come through arrivals. With shared transfers, there may be a short waiting time for the other passengers. Your driver will help you load your bags and plan the quickest, safest route to your destination.

The journey

Enjoy a comfortable, spacious ride to your ski resort with free Wifi and the option to stop-off for a photo opportunity or some essential supplies.

Drop-off

You’ll get dropped off safely
on the doorstep of your accommodation wherever possible.

The return transfer

We schedule all departures to arrive at airports two hours before the flight. Our booking system automatically calculates your pick-up time – just enter your flight time and we’ll do the rest. Your driver will be ready and waiting at your pre-arranged pick up point to take you back to the airport.

Our bus transfers start from £23 per person. Transfer prices vary depending on departure airport, destination, number of people in your group and the type of transfer service required. We offer a discount for groups of 4+ people. We also have a number of discounts available all year-round, as well as seasonal promotions throughout the year for the likes of Easter, Christmas and the start of the ski season. No need to bring your own. According to EU law, the car seats for children is not obilgatory for bus and coach transfers. However, we provide child seats and booster seats upon request. Please specify your needs when booking.

A taxi transfer to your resort is likely to be more expensive than using our bus transfer service, particularly if you are travelling in a large group. While a taxi journey may be the right choice if you are travelling in a smaller group and budget isn’t an issue, for bigger groups, a bus transfer is a more economical option. For large groups, travelling by coach or bus is also the more eco-friendly option as it lowers your group’s carbon footprint.

Please note that if you choose your own care hire, coach hire or minibus hire, you may need additional insurance. Road conditions can become dangerous during the winter season so it is important to drive carefully and have a suitable vehicle and tires for the weather. You may also need to consider parking at the resort.
